Goldfinch Documentary Submissions

We are looking for remarkable stories to take flight.

Our focus is on deep storytelling, creating reactive, agile, cost-efficient documentaries, that never compromise on entertainment.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for writers and directors that can move quickly and are focused on storytelling, providing a voice for socially relevant stories.

For example: Love letters shared between gay soldiers that have just come to light. Or perhaps, what it's like to live in a post COVID society. Or are you looking to research racism within the world of sport?

The documentaries will be a minimum of 75 minutes in length. This could comprise of 40 mins archival footage and 35 mins of filmed footage.

Projects can be based around existing owned IP, or you may already be in production and need assisting with completion.

Whatever it may be, if you have a voice and a topic to explore we’d love to hear from you!
